Breakfast for Learning Alberta supports child nutrition programs by
working with schools and community groups to establish breakfast, lunch and/or snack programs. We provide support, including financial assistance in the form of grants for programs that are:
- Nutritious
- Hygienically sound
- Community and volunteer supported
- Universally accessible and non-stigmatizing
- Financially accountable
Breakfast for Learning Alberta Advisory Council
The Breakfast for Learning Alberta Advisory Council (BFLAAC) is made up of volunteers who give generously of their time, skills and experience to provide Breakfast for Learning Alberta with leadership and direction. These volunteers come from a wide range of disciplines, businesses and professions. They are united by their concern for children and their belief that Breakfast for Learning is an investment in the children of Alberta
