In order to re-apply for a Breakfast for Learning grant, the following documents must be completed:
Grant Renewal Application (in PFD fromat)
Progress Report
Financial Account Summary
If your program does not have registered charitable status, then copies of all receipts must also be included with your financial accounting.
The school program must also adhere to the eligibility requirements and guidelines and principles of Breakfast for Learning
